Georgia Tech Player Leaves For ...Ukraine

Georgia Tech center, Ra’Sean Dickey, has decided to leave college and play basketball in the Ukrainian Super League.

Now, not only do college basketball teams have to worry about losing their star players to the NBA, but the Ukrainian Super League seems to be a better option than spending four years in college.

When will college basketball wake up and realize the current system of exploiting star players (not that Dickey was a star) is not working? Players are tired of working their butts off for a lackluster college education, and risking injury. They want and need to get paid, and they will go to Ukraine if that is what it takes.

What do you think is the answer for college basketball? Leave a comment and let us know.
